How ordering works
All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotations include:
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm custom orders. Balance payment is due upon completion and before delivery/installation.
Payment terms and conditions
All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed orders will be honored at the quoted price.
Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery (selected items), Installment Plans (subject to approval)
5% VAT applies to all transactions. Delivery fees may apply for locations outside Dubai. Custom orders may incur additional material costs.
Shipping and setup information
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We strive to meet all deadlines but are not liable for delays beyond our control.

Installation requires clear access to the work area. Customers are responsible for moving furniture and preparing the space prior to installation.
Cancellation and return policy
Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. For stock items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
